The theme of the 2023 Altron FinTech User Conference is – “Future technology simplified”, and it is something that we as an organisation have made one of our primary goals for the next year. Technology within the FinTech space can often be perceived as quite complicated, and we have set our thought leaders the task of finding ways to dispel this notion and offer our customers cutting-edge technology that they can understand.
With sessions all over the country, we are aiming to interact face-to-face with as many of our customers as possible. The first session was hosted on the 7th of February at the Altron Campus Auditorium in Woodmead. Carefully selected thought leaders who operate within specialised areas like innovation and customer service spent the day enlightening our guests on what we, as an organisation, are busy with as well as where we see the industry and our business going in the future.
Combining a passion for innovation with an obsession for exceptional customer service (while simplifying FinTech complexity) is what will continue to drive us in our aim for excellence for our customers, as well as our services and solutions.
